The La Ferrari is pretty much unattainable for most people in the world, but an experienced team of builders from Vietnam managed to create a cool replica from scratch. The project required hundreds of hours of work as exhibited by the videos, but the result pays off as a fully drivable vehicle with exotic looks.

This is another replica from the guys at NHẾT TV, who have built many similar models in the past, getting better and better in what they do. The supercar impersonator is based on a custom metal frame, with a fiberglass bodykit made to look like the discontinued Maranello flagship. While automotive enthusiasts might be able to tell that this is not a genuine La Ferrari, the attention to detail is quite impressive and the resulting vehicle is definitely a head-turner.

The two-tone bodywork is further enhanced by the upwards opening doors, the black-finished five-spoke alloy wheels, a retractable rear spoiler, plus the fully functional LED lighting units on both ends. Furthermore, a lot of work has been put inside the cabin, with seats, dashboard, steering wheel, gearshift paddles, instrument cluster, and other bespoke components styled after the La Ferrari.

For those of you wondering about the powertrain, it was sourced from an old Toyota Carina that was in a really bad state. The reliable four-cylinder petrol engine was relocated in the mid-ship position, sending power to the rear axle. While the performance figures won't be comparable to an immensely powerful hybrid hypercar like the La Ferrari, the setup is fitting for such a bodystyle. To make things even more realistic, the team created a Ferrari-style engine cover that is visible through the rear glass, and upgraded the sound coming out of the quad exhaust pipes. Besides the chassis, another bespoke feature is the suspension system which is trying to replicate the geometry found in sportscars and supercars.

The building process is documented in the videos below, offering a step-by-step guide for those with the time, skills, and energy to build their own replica.
